Delivery & Return

Shipping

As a general rule, your order will be shipped within the next business day after placing the order. Delivery time depends on a destination country. See below approximate estimates by zones.

  • Spain 2 – 3 business days
  • Germany 3 – 5 business days
  • Rest of the Europe 5 – 10 business days
  • Rest of the world 10 – 14 business days

Order processing

You will get notified by email after placing the order when your order is being processed. The order status will stay on processing as long as the order is ready to ship and you will get notified again for that. The orders will be processed only during the business days.

Delayed order

In some cases, your order may also be delayed. In that case we will contact you immediately to e-mail address that was provided to us when placing the order. Reasons for delay beyond our control may be: incorrect shipping address, high order volume in high season or delay in the delivery of the raw materials.

Delivery

We realize our shipments via DHL and official Spanish post office “Correos”. In case your shipment is operated by Correos, your local post office will fulfill the delivery of the shipment to its final address/destination.

Shipping methods

The order will be shipped as Internacional standard or Economic package.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs varies due to the total weight of the shipment and destination country. Shipping rate is calculated automatically in the shopping cart. You can check the shipping costs by updating your shipping address details in the shopping cart.

We are happy to offer free delivery to Europe when the order amount exceeds 150 euros.

In case you had earned free shipping by reaching the required order amount for free shipping, and would like to make a return, when we reduce the refund’s amount from order total sum; if the order total amount falls below the required order amount for free shipping, you will be charged the delivery costs according to the regular shipping rates in accordance with weight of the shipment and the destination country.

Refund & Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. The return period begins on the first day when the shipment is received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The returning product must be in its original package, unused, still sealed and in the same condition, as it arrived. If the condition of the product has changed and its value has decreased you may be charged for decreased value. All the products are checked up before shipping. In case you received a defective/damaged item, you should contact us so we can replace it and give you further instructions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We can not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods for higiene reasons.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For non-picked up shipments, or the shipments returned due to an absent recipient a handling fee will be applied – for more information see the section “Order Cancellation”.

We do not take responsibility of any additional costs incurred for returns made using another methods and/or transport companies as instructed.

Return Instructions

For first, you have an obligation to notify us by e-mail that you would like to make a return. Further detailed instructions will be given to you as a response mail. The shipment must be returned using the same shipping method and the same shipment carrier as the shipment was delivered.

  1. Make a return notice by email at icaroibiza (at) gmail.com communicating that you would like to make a return of the certain product/shipment. Please include your name, order number & the returning product(s) to the message.
  2. Pack the product(s) in the same package where they arrived, close it carefully and attach the address label/sticker.
  3. Return the package to same carrier company which fulfilled the delivery of the shipment. Keep the receipt.
  4. We will refund you by using the same method as the order was paid within 14 days at the latest since we have received the returned shipment and checked up the returned items. In case the order was paid with debit/credit card, you should provide us your bank account IBAN-number to make a refund.

Order Cancellation

If you wish you can cancel products or the entire order before its shipping. You can send us an e-mail to icaroibiza (at) gmail.com or send us a message in the page “Contact us” submitting the contact form. 

A shipment not picked up is not an order cancellation. For non-picked up shipments and the shipments returned due to an absent recipient the delivery costs and the handling fee € 11,90 will be charged. In case that your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, the shipment must be returned in accordance to the return instructions above in section “Returns” so that you will not be charged any/other additional costs.

We at icaroibiza.com also have the right to cancel your order if the delivery of the item ordered has been significantly delayed due to, for example incorrect stock balance. In this case, we will refund you using the same payment method as the order was paid within 14 days at latest from the cancellation.
